First, you should find the official Instagram website. Once you have found

top right corner of the page, select "Instagram Videos" and click on

The first thing you need to do is find the videos you want to upload. Go to
your profile, scroll down to "Files" and then click on
"Create". This will take you to the "Creator" screen.
Select the videos you want to upload and then choose the format (MP4 or iPhone
video) you want to use.
Next, click on the "Share" button that will appear on each of the
videos you've selected. When you do, click on the "Save As" button
and then select your favorite format. {if you want to save the videos to your
